At Stay Torquay we offer so much more than Airbnb hosting. Even if you don’t list with us, we offer caretaking services while you’re away so that you have peace of mind and can enjoy your holiday away. This might suit you if you prefer to leave things in the hands of a professional team, rather than let a stranger into your home as a house sitter or pet sitter for you.

We can take out the bins on bin night and put them back out again so that you don't have to!
We offer Pet feeding, Dog walking and Pet tidying so that your pets stay happy and healthy while you're away.
We can maintain your garden while you're such as mowing the lawn or watering indoor plants.
We can clean your pool and top up pool salt so that your pool is ready to enjoy when you return.
We can check up on your property for security reasons. We also offer storm and weather inspections for peace of mind.
Our on call builder can visit your home and report on conditions, maintenance and repairs needed.
Whether you'd like fresh clean sheet on the beds, groceries delivered or a general house tidy up, we can quote to your needs.

Only if you have indoor requirements such as taking care of indoor pets or plants. Otherwise it is only outdoor access (eg side gate) that is required.
There is no minimum timeframe. You could engage our services for a weekend, a couple of weeks or several months.
We will send you an invoice prior to the start date which will cover our services for the agreed length of time. Payment needs to be made before our services commences. If you have an ongoing monthly arrangement with us, we will send you monthly invoices. For any works completed outside of the agreement we will send a separate invoice for this.
Currently we only offer property caretaking to Torquay, Bellbrae and Jan Juc areas.
We offer Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on your needs. This may be for an hour at a time or longer. It really depends what you need help with.

We don’t offer our services because you need an extra set of hands while you are at home. You might prefer a handyman for that.
